WAITER
As a waiter at Levi, you are the epitome of the guest’s encounter with us. You are the link between the kitchen, bar and guests, and you orchestrate the guest experience from arrival to checkout. That’s why we want you to be solution-oriented and constructive by nature. You wear a yes hat and you have a smile on your face. You may have experience of a-la-carte service and a basic knowledge of produce and wine. If you’re an inexperienced waitress with a desire to learn and a go-to attitude, reach out to us anyway – this might be where you grow! We hire both full and part-time waiters.
BARTENDER
As a bartender at Levi’s, you’ll play a key role in the atmosphere of the restaurant. Our bar is located with a view of the entire restaurant. That’s why we want bartenders who dare to take the stage and who know how to be humble and personal in their relationship with guests. The bar’s selection is a natural extension of our cuisine, where we work with inspiration from the Italian and Japanese. Do you know Amaro, Vermouth, Sake and Japanese whiskey, and do you know how a classic Negroni tastes at its best? Then you might be the one we’re looking for! We hire both full and part-time bartenders.
HOSTESS / HOST
Restaurant Levi is opening very soon and we need you to deliver the Levi atmosphere to guests. The hostess/host plays a key role. You are the one who controls the flow of guests in the restaurant. Optimize our booking system. You welcome guests, escort them to the table and adhere to booking times. It is important that you have a high spirits, a smile on your face and are outgoing. As well as being good at keeping a cool overview of the whole restaurant.
FAGLÆRT KOK
Our kitchen is constantly evolving. We experiment with the meeting of the Italian and the Japanese, and every week we welcome our guests to a new menu marked by the best seasonal ingredients. As a chef at Levi, it is therefore essential that you are curious and playful in your work with ingredients and flavours, as well as having a good knowledge of both food cultures. We are a busy and ambitious kitchen with an international team, so it is essential that you are an excellent team player – also in English. Are you a trained chef who wants to help make Levi a place to remember for delicious flavours? Then we look forward to hearing from you!

RESTAURANT LEVI – WHO ARE WE?
Our restaurant is located in the busy city centre of Copenhagen K, which means that we are always busy. We love our guests – talking to them, listening to them and exploring with them. We believe that good service comes from the interaction between staff and guests, which is why it’s essential that we feel comfortable among our guests. Many of our visitors are tourists, but some are also returning visitors who actively use the city in their daily lives. What they have in common is that they are in search of good taste – just like we are.
Hopefully they will find it here. Because we have a passion for finding good taste and serving it with love. We have an unpretentious approach to wine and food, and our ambition is that good food doesn’t have to be so difficult to understand. The important thing is the TASTE. We want to convey this in an unpretentious and uncomplicated way to our guests as well as our staff. But good taste is not limited to the food. We believe that beautiful surroundings and a sense of the little extra are good taste, which is why we have furnished the restaurant with international design and high-quality interiors.
You will encounter a curious and playful culture, where exploring the many exciting flavours of Japanese and Italian cuisine respectively is the focal point. Our wine list is extensive and our sommelier is knowledgeable about the many bottles. Here is an opportunity to grow and learn!
